Lately I've been on a mission to clean out the freezer. Don't get me wrong, I am a huge fan of a well-stocked freezer (perhaps a post on how much I love my freezer in the future?). Recently though we/I realized that we had alot of random stuff in there and that we were running out of space.
So I decided to clean it out just a little bit.
These rhubarbs are leftover from this past summer and originate from the beachhouse where my grandparents have spent summers for the past 40 years!
I used a recipe from here , except I didn't make it vegan.
