I was on such a roll with blogging, then life came in the way (again). Anyway, quick recap:
Moved back to Odense with a carful of stuff, once again amazed at how much stuff I accumulated during just 4 months in Sonderborg.
Spent a few days unpacking, doing laundry, and repacking, including some christmas parties and christmas visits with various new family members.
Travelled across the pond with the boy to visit my family. We joined my parents, my sister, and my grandparents (who had travelled over a week before us) for a few weeks of busy christmas cheer. We got lots of good christmas presents - including one that was quite unexpected.
The grandparents lefts and the boy and I spent a few days in New York, sightseeing and wandering about the city. There is just something special about NYC, the atmosphere and the charm there is unlike anything else in the world.
The boy left to go back to Denmark. Then I had another 3 weeks before I had to return, and they went by suprisingly fast. There were a few parties, two trips to Prince Frederick, writing a paper, hanging out with my parents and my sister, some shopping, and lots of other little things.
So now I am back in Odense and getting excited about starting my last semester of classes (ever? we will see...). The boy left yesterday, the day after I came back, to go skiing for a week. Poor planning on our part, but I am confident that it will be okay because pretty soon we will be spending so much time together that he will surely get very sick of me! ...... in just a few weeks we are moving in together in a little tiny apartment!
It is very small and is inly a temporary solution, for various reasons, but I am excited none the less to see how we work out playing house.
